Brockville Yacht Club

Brockville Yacht Club (BYC) has been a cherished destination for boating aficionados since it separated from the sailing division of the Brockville Rowing Club. Their focus is to support and nurture the sport of sailing, providing everything from sailing classes to hosting club races and supporting sailing teams. Over the years, BYC has evolved into a vibrant hub for both social and athletic activities, becoming an integral part of the community.

Their active club racing fleet hosts races every Tuesday and Thursday evening, adding excitement to our sailing calendar. Positioned within the picturesque Thousand Islands, BYC is perfectly situated for cruising with both sailboats and powerboats. To encourage new sailors, they offer summer sailing schools for all ages, as well as an introduction to cruising program to help novices safely enter the boating world.
