For over a century, Senior Support Services (CPHC) has been a cornerstone of care and compassion for seniors in Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville, as well as Kingston through their Lifeline program. Established in 1913, they began their journey serving the seniors of Brockville, and since then, their mission has expanded to touch thousands of lives across the tri-county area.
